UE 2016\/679)<\/h3>\n<p>Para los fines establecidos por el Reglamento de la UE n.\u00b0 2016\/679 (RGPD) con referencia a los datos personales objeto del tratamiento, se proporciona la siguiente informaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<h4>a) EL RESPONSABLE DEL TRATAMIENTO<\/h4>\n<p>El responsable del tratamiento es la empresa ITALCAMME s.r.l. con sede en Minerbio (BO), Via Maceri Superiore n.\u00b0 10\/a \u2013 C\u00f3digo de identificaci\u00f3n fiscal 03360280378 \u2013 N.\u00b0 IVA 00614871200;<\/p>\n<h4>b) DATOS TRATADOS :<\/h4>\n<p>Nosotros recogemos los datos exclusivamente con el fin de cumplir con las obligaciones inherentes a la actividad econ\u00f3mica en conformidad con la legislaci\u00f3n civil y fiscal. Los datos ser\u00e1n registrados, organizados y almacenados en archivos inform\u00e1ticos y\/o papel por nosotros.<br \/>Los datos que tratamos son los proporcionados por el Cliente\/Cliente potencial o Proveedor, en el momento de solicitar un presupuesto y\/o al recibir un pedido de compra y\/o la conclusi\u00f3n del contrato de compraventa.<br \/>Los datos que se pueden recoger son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Datos personales como Nombre y Apellido\/Raz\u00f3n social de la empresa;<\/li>\n<li>Contactos directos de los encargados de las Oficinas Administrativa, Comercial, T\u00e9cnica, Compras, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Direcciones de correo electr\u00f3nico y de correo electr\u00f3nico certificado (CEC);<\/li>\n<li>N\u00fameros de tel\u00e9fono;<\/li>\n<li>Datos para la facturaci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>Datos para el pago;<\/li>\n<li>Direcci\u00f3n de env\u00edo de los bienes y direcci\u00f3n de facturaci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n<li>Dibujos t\u00e9cnicos, im\u00e1genes y cualquier otro elemento t\u00e9cnico para la realizaci\u00f3n del producto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>c) FINES DEL TRATAMIENTO Y BASE JUR\u00cdDICA:<\/h4>\n<p>Los datos proporcionados y adquiridos se tratar\u00e1n para los siguientes fines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gesti\u00f3n de Clientes;<\/li>\n<li>Implementaci\u00f3n de la solicitud de presupuesto\/oferta;<\/li>\n<li>Ejecuci\u00f3n y cumplimiento del contrato de compraventa;<\/li>\n<li>Asistencia posventa;<\/li>\n<li>Gesti\u00f3n de reclamaci\u00f3n\/contencioso de Clientes;<\/li>\n<li>Obligaciones de car\u00e1cter administrativo, contable, fiscal y legal inherentes a la relaci\u00f3n contractual;<\/li>\n<li>Env\u00edo de comunicaciones de servicio incluso mediante correo electr\u00f3nico \u00fatiles para gestionar la relaci\u00f3n con Clientes\/Proveedores (por ejemplo: comunicaci\u00f3n de cierres de empresas, horarios de oficina, horario de almac\u00e9n, modificaci\u00f3n de listas de precios y art\u00edculos, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La provisi\u00f3n de datos debe considerarse esencial para la conclusi\u00f3n de los contratos ya que no es posible, en ausencia de dichos datos, proceder con operaciones tales como la facturaci\u00f3n o el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y administrativas. No proporcionar los datos impide la conclusi\u00f3n del contrato mismo.<\/p>\n<h4>d) QUIEN TRATA LOS DATOS Y MODOS DE TRATAMIENTO<\/h4>\n<p>Los datos personales ser\u00e1n tratados en nombre del Responsable del tratamiento de datos por el personal y\/o los colaboradores y\/o responsables externos, todos ellos instruidos y designados por el Responsable de conformidad con la ley en materia de privacidad.<br \/>Los datos recogidos podr\u00e1n ser comunicados y difundidos a terceros, cuando sea necesario, para la ejecuci\u00f3n\/gesti\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n contractual:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a nuestra red comercial<\/li>\n<li>a instituciones bancarias<\/li>\n<li>al estudio legal, asesores fiscales y profesionales aut\u00f3nomos de confianza<\/li>\n<li>a las Autoridades P\u00fablicas, Administraciones y Organismos para el cumplimiento de la Ley<\/li>\n<li>a las empresas de inform\u00e1tica<\/li>\n<li>a los transportistas<\/li>\n<li>a los organismos certificadores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los datos ser\u00e1n tratados por el Responsable o, en su nombre, por personas autorizadas, utilizando instrumentos manuales e inform\u00e1ticos seg\u00fan los fines indicados en el punto c) anterior y, siempre de conformidad con la privacidad y la protecci\u00f3n del interesado.<\/p>\n<h4>e) PLAZO DE CONSERVACI\u00d3N DE LOS DATOS:<\/h4>\n<p>Los datos se almacenar\u00e1n por un tiempo limitado seg\u00fan el fin para el cual se recogieron, la duraci\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n contractual y el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos por la Ley.<\/p>\n<h4>f) DERECHOS DEL INTERESADO:<\/h4>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con los datos objeto del tratamiento referidos en esta nota informativa, el interesado posee el derecho, en cualquier momento, a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acceso (art. 15 del Reglamento de la UE n.\u00b0 2016\/679);<\/li>\n<li>Rectificaci\u00f3n (art. 16 del Reglamento de la UE n.\u00b0 2016\/679);<\/li>\n<li>Supresi\u00f3n (art. 17 del Reglamento UE n.\u00b0 2016\/679);<\/li>\n<li>Limitaci\u00f3n (art. 18 del Reglamento de la UE n.\u00b0 2016\/679);<\/li>\n<li>Portabilidad, entendida como el derecho a obtener del Responsable del tratamiento los datos en un formato estructurado de uso com\u00fan y legible por parte de dispositivo autom\u00e1tico, para transmitirlos a otro responsable del tratamiento sin impedimentos (art. 21 del Reglamento de la UE n.\u00b0 2016\/679);<\/li>\n<li>Retiro del consentimiento para el tratamiento, sin perjuicio de la legalidad del tratamiento basada en el consentimiento adquirido antes de la revocaci\u00f3n (art. 7, p\u00e1rr. 3 del Reglamento de la UE n.\u00b0 2016\/679);<\/li>\n<li>Proponer una reclamaci\u00f3n a la Autoridad Garante para la Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales (art. 51 del Reglamento de la UE n.\u00b0 2016\/679).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El ejercicio de los derechos mencionados se puede ejercer mediante comunicaci\u00f3n escrita a enviar por CEC a la direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico info@pec.italcamme.it, a la direcci\u00f3n info@italcamme.it o bien, por carta certificada con acuse de recibo a la direcci\u00f3n ITALCAMME srl, Via Maceri Superiore n.\u00b0 10\/a &#8211; 40061 &#8211; MINERBIO (BO).<\/p>\n<h4>g) MODIFICACIONES DE LA NOTA INFORMATIVA SOBRE LA PRIVACIDAD<\/h4>\n<p>Esta nota informativa podr\u00e1 ser objeto de modificaciones que podr\u00edan ser necesarias para la adaptaci\u00f3n y eventuales actualizaciones\/modificaciones de la legislaci\u00f3n en materia de protecci\u00f3n de datos personales.
